Hygienists

Melissa
Melissa graduated from Bingham High School in 1998. Her dental career began right out of high school where a dentist in the valley trained her as a dental assistant. She assisted for 5 years and worked in a dental lab for a year before pursuing her education in dental hygiene. Melissa graduated with an Associate of Science degree in general studies in 2003. She was accepted into the dental hygiene program at the Salt Lake Community College in 2004 and graduated in 2006. Melissa loves the dental field and enjoys getting to know each of her patients. She takes pride in her work and aims to make every patient comfortable and happy. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, running, hiking, and dancing.

Clinical

Marcie
Marcie has been assisting with “Doc” for eight years, and is his primary assistant. Marcie has an energetic personality that she puts to use towards her patients, making sure they are well-informed and promptly cared for. She is a very funny, loving co-worker who gives everything 100%. Marcie is our very own “super woman”. She is a strong leader, gifted time manager, and has a comprehensive knowledge of the dental process. Marcie can make the most nervous patients comfortable with their experience in our office, combining a soft touch with energetic spunk. She has a beautiful two-year-old daughter, and is a wonderful mother and wife.

Theresa
Theresa is a very sensitive, caring assistant. She is sensitive to her patients' needs, and is a perfectionist. She will do all she can to make sure her patient is having a comfortable and relaxing experience. Her warm chair-side manner calms even the most fearful patients. “I have been assisting with “Doc” for two and a half years. I have been in the dental field for seven years. I love working at our office and making patients feel comfortable being here. Being an assistant is very rewarding. I love knowing I have made someone’s experience at the dental office a great one. I am married and have a beautiful one-year-old daughter. I enjoy being with family and friends, going shopping, and going to the movies.” Theresa is very outgoing, and is a very talented assistant. She performs Zoom Whitening on all of patients and takes phenomenal impressions.

Harmony
Harmony always tends to make our patients laugh and has a wonderful kindness about her. Her spunky attitude lightens the mood in the office. She is extremely proficient with x-rays and treats all patients with the kindness one would expect from our office. “I have been working with “Doc” for almost three years. I love working here, and my co-workers are awesome! I am radiation certified. I take pride in doing everything possible to make sure patients are comfortable. In my spare time I love doing anything outside, and just “chillin” with friends and family.”

Jenny
Jenny is a real treat to work with - she is always smiling and optimistic. She has a lot of energy, and works hard at making our office clean and sterile. Jenny has been our sterilization assistant, but has many other expanded duties, picking up the slack when the office is busy. She is a very hard worker who is always there when any of us need her. When Jenny assists, she treats every patient with tender care. She has a great smile! And, with her ability to talk to patients on a personal level, her pleasant demeanor puts even the most anxious patients at ease. She enjoys being with family, baking sweets, and working out when she is not in the office.

Administration

Amy
Amy started dentistry in 1997 as an assistant, and has worked her way through to administration. Her best days in the office are when a very fearful patient is able to let go of their worries and complete any type of treatment. She enjoys developing friendships with her patients and finding common ground. Amy tries to handle any situation with kindness and ease. She is extremely dedicated, hard working, and loyal because she loves her profession. When not at the office Amy relaxes with her husband. They enjoy fly-fishing, camping, traveling, and discovering the beautiful world we live in.

Debby
From a very young age Debby has had an interest in dentistry, which is probably why she has been working in the field for over 13 years. Debby is the best at looking on the bright side and remaining calm in all sorts of situations. She loves learning new things everyday at work and her wonderful co-workers.
